Directions:

Sprinkle desired amount of Magnesium Flakes into your bath while the warm water is running.  Relax & Soak in your bath for at least 20-minutes for transdermal mineral absorption.   Do not add any other soaps or chemical additives to the water.  Re-seal pack after use and store in a cool/dry place.
