Directions:

Pour a handful of crystals into your bath while the warm water is running.  Once the crystals have dissolved, relax and soak in the detoxifying bath for 15-20 minutes.  Do not add any other soaps or chemical additives to the water.  Re-seal pack after use.  Rinse Bath to avoid staining.
