HIMALAYAN SALT HEAT THERAPY PILLOW

Unbleached cotton fabric filled with 100% Natural Himalayan Salt Crystals.  For healing and easing of aches & pains – anywhere on the body.  Salt holds temperature extremely well, whether hot or cold.  The pillow’s weight provides gentle pressure and contours the body comfortably.  Reusable time and time again (with or without fleece cover).

Microwave:   Remove fleece cover.  Select Medium setting and heat for one minute.  If higher temperature is preferred, microwave in 30-second increments.

Warning:   Before applying the pillow to the face or body, test to ensure it’s not too hot.  If the heat is uncomfortable, stop usage and allow to cool before re-applying.

Cold Therapy:   Remove fleece cover and place in a moisture proof bag and leave in the fridge/freezer until ready to use (remove bag before use).
